My Adoption

Mikey got a terrific Valentine's Day gift.  He was adopted by a nice family with lots of pups to play with.  We are so happy for him.

My Walk

Mike had a nice walk around the neighborhood tonight.  He likes to walk close and give the occasional bump to remind you that he is still there.  He did well following simple commands like stop and come and didn't pull at all.  Mike did a great job when a kitty ran past and only gave her a passing glance!  He truly is a good boy and will certainly make a great addition to someone's family.

My Meet and Greet

Mike went to his first Meet and Greet at Petco, in Prince Frederick, on Sunday.  He was quite the charmer.  He had the eye of a certain little brindle girl most of the evening.  He also did really well meeting everybody who came by.  Of course they were doing his favorite thing- giving him lots of loving!

My Car Ride

Mike has been for a few car rides now.  He does really well and is an excellent backseat passenger.  He likes to watch things go by and he does a great job staying in the backseat.  He is still a little nervous about getting out of the car or maybe he just doesn't want the ride to end!

My 2nd Adopt-a-thon

Mike did really well at GEGR headquarters today.  He stayed outside for a long time and met lots of nice people.  He also got to enjoy his favorite things- lots of petting and snuggling! 

Unfortunately, Mike didn't find his forever home this time.  Of course that means there is still a chance for anyone who is interested in this lovable pup.  Stay tuned for "My First Meet and Greet", "My Car Ride" and more pics of this sweet boy!

My Dog Bed

Mike is slowly coming out of his shell (or crate as the case may be).  He has figured out that you get more loving if you are out with everyone.  There is a bigger dog bed, but Mike has decided to let the smaller dog have the bigger bed.  He is such a nice boy.
